梁姓酒店經紀人昨晚獨自前往新北市蘆洲區信義路某汽車美容店索討酒債，結果價錢談不攏，他嗆聲要找的道上「兄弟」沒來，先被洗車店的姜姓兄弟拿球棒海K一頓，連警察到場還像砍柴般繼續猛打。
警方調查，梁姓男子（38歲，有毒品前科）指稱經營汽車美容的姜姓男子（23歲，有傷害、妨害自由前科），日前帶了4、5個朋友到酒店消費，積欠3萬多元酒錢未付，因此他昨晚8時許隻身前往討債。
姜男則供稱當天的酒錢應該只有2萬多元，雙方談不攏，梁男侵門踏戶竟還惡言相向嗆聲：「反正你今天一定要結清欠款，否則就交給道上兄弟處理。」
被激怒的姜男立刻賞梁男一個大耳光，打得他倒退好幾步，接著就和21歲弟弟一起轉身衝回店內，兄弟倆1人拿1支鋁製球棒在街上追打梁男，2名員警獲報率先趕抵，姜氏兄弟仍不罷手繼續爆打梁男，甚至還質問：「你哪間派出所的啊？」直到另5名支援警力到場，才架開雙方控制住場面。
事後雙方互告，警方偵訊後依恐嚇罪嫌移送梁男、依傷害罪嫌把姜姓兄弟移送地檢署。
